  • Mars Food UK has announced a £23 million investment into its King Lynn manufacturing site, with a new production line being completed in early 2017.
  • GEA, which supplies process technology for the food industry, has developed what it claims is the world’s first fully automated lollipop coating line.
  • Fowler Welch has launched a new eco trailer, which is the first of its kind to harness kinetic energy to power the refrigerated trailer, potentially reducing the company’s CO2 emissions by over 14,000kg per year.
