Flavoured crackers
At IFE, The Fine Cheese Co, a maturer, wholesaler, retailer and exporter of artisan cheeses, relaunched its line of Flavoured Crackers for Cheese, with improved recipes. The crackers will now be made exclusively with extra virgin olive oil.
They have always been made with all natural ingredients, but now the availability of finer flavours, like air dried basil and fig purée, has enabled The Fine Cheese Co to add freshness and improved taste to the finished crackers.
New flavours Lemon, Sea Salt; and Walnut, Honey join Olive Oil; Chive; Rosemary; Chilli; Basil; and Fig.
