Unilever acquires snack brand, graze

Unilever has acquired UK healthy snacking brand, graze.

Founded in 2008, graze’s wanted to make healthy snacking exciting by providing a range of nuts, seeds, trail mixes and snack packs, with no artificial ingredients. Starting as a snack box delivery service, graze is now a multichannel brand, with products available via retail stores, ecommerce and direct to consumer.

The deal is the first to be secured by Unilever’s new chief executive Alan Jope since his appointment last month. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
