SternLife: New products at Vitafoods 2019

SternLife will be presenting its new range of high protein products at this year’s Vitafoods exhibition in Geneva in May.

Said to be similar to confectionery bars, SternLife’s new range of protein bars have a soft, light texture and a creamy consistency, coated in crisp chocolate. Enriched with protein and dietary fibre, they are available in flavours such as Iced Coffee, Caramel Fudge, Strawberry Ice Cream and Salted Caramel. The bars contain high quality milk protein, are low sugar and free from soy and gluten.

SternLife will also be presenting its range of meal-replacement shakes, available in a range of flavours including Cookies & Cream, Chocolate, Cappuccino and Vanilla as well as fruity variants like Strawberry, Apple-Cinnamon or Banana. The shakes contain high quality protein from animal or plant sources, making them suitable for vegetarians and vegans alike, along with extracts of papaya, curcuma, pomegranate or matcha – ingredients rich in vitamins and minerals.

Next to these modern shakes Protein Porridge, Protein Risotto and Protein Rice Pudding also provide variation to the daily diet. These, too, are simple and quick to prepare as a meal.

SternLife’s new ‘keto’ line is targeted towards those following the ketogenic diet. Three products are available, based on MCT oils extracted from quality coconut oil. Ketoproof Coffee and Ketoproof Matcha Latte powders can be mixed with liquids to create a satisfying high fibre, drink containing 5g of MCTs per portion.

The new Keto Protein Shake with 9g of MCTs and less than one gram of sugar per portion completes the range. With its high percentage of high-quality protein and large amounts of dietary fibre it provides a satisfying meal.

Visitors to Vitafoods, 7-9 May in Geneva, Switzerland, can learn more about SternLife’s exciting new products on Stand L56, where the company will also give information on the new “Deluxe protein bar White Chocolate Cookie Dough”. SternLife will also present the bar at the Vitafoods Tasting Centre.
