Campylobacter food poisoning continues to be the most common foodborne disease in Europe. It remains a public health concern and an economic burden.
Over the past five years, the UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) has promoted control of Campylobacter in chickens as a priority for the UK, yet this organism remains a constant threat.
This seminar will look at why Campylobacter is such a challenge to manage and will cover the latest control measures and recent outbreaks.
Attending this seminar will allow delegates to:
•    keep up to date with the latest detection methods/technology
•    discuss the latest initiatives to control this pathogen, and
•    network with peers from industry
