Join Host Wanda Srdoc, Founder of White Truffles at her favourite private event space – Massimo Bruno’s Kitchen Studios to celebrate the famed “Perigord” Black Truffle. It will be a roll-up your sleeve Truffle and Seafood feast, with plenty of non-seafood dishes for an all welcoming evening.
Set in a private high ceiling art studio in the heart of Liberty Village, Massimo Bruno and his amazing team will provide not only skills but incredible energy to the night. Wanda will begin the evening with some interesting and fun facts of the Winter Black Truffle and Massimo will present the delicious menu. From appetizers to desserts, multi dishes will be served family-style on large harvest tables where foodies, friends, colleagues and loved ones can connect while sipping on BYOB wines, spirits, bubbly. Yes, that is correct! You bring your favourites and we supply all stemware, water and espresso throughout the evening. The food will be an outstanding and well thought menu such as truffle octopus salad to homemade truffle lobster ravoli to lobster tail with warm truffle butter and florentine steak, plus more and ending with warming and decandent truffle based desserts to make this night not only fun but an unforgettable food experience.
Bonus – Wanda will have her professional and limited edition products available for purchase throughout the event from top grade truffle oils, salts, pates and even Beligum Dark Chocolate infused with truffle, truffle honey and plenty more.
