High temp chain oil
Klüber Lubrication has developed Klüberfood NH1 CH 2-460, which is particularly suited for the lubrication of oven transport chains in large industrial bakeries.
The new synthetic high temperature oil dissolves and regenerates residues, which helps reduce maintenance costs significantly. Its optimised thermal stability also leads to reduced lubricant consumption.
“Klüberfood NH1 CH 2-460 provides for outstanding wear protection, so that continuous minimum quantity lubrication will help prolong the chain lives significantly,” says Aldemir Oliveira, global business development manager – food industry at Klüber Lubrication. “Our new high temperature chain oil therefore not only meets the highest hygiene standards in the food and pharmaceutical industries, but also increases the reliability of production processes.”
NSF H1 registered, the chain oil has been designed for conveyor and transport chains in the food industry.
