Hooba Foods has launched a line of meat-free products that use a blend of mushrooms and seasoning.

From sausage rolls to burgers and meatballs, the products – made from a blend of exotic mushrooms grown in the UK that look and taste just like meat – are perfect for vegans, vegetarians or those looking to cut down on their meat consumption.

Hooba mushrooms are full of natural goodness and their meaty texture promises an appetising alternative to meat products. Just like pork, beef or lamb, they contain protein; as well as being fat-, cholesterol- and gluten-free, and low in sodium.
