Campden hosts China FDA delegates
Campden BRI recently welcomed a delegation of senior officials from the China Food and Drug Administration.
The delegation spent time at the food and drink research organisation to discuss the latest developments in food safety, including testing, training, consultancy and research. The group included 15 senior officials from the Guangzhou region, and their visit formed part of a UK study tour.
Bertrand Emond, head of membership and training at Campden BRI, discussed the company’s role in food safety, including the practical application of research, supporting enforcement agencies and helping to establish international best practice.
