NUTRA NEWS: Rose hip trials indicate help for osteoarthritis

Rose hip may help to alleviate joint pain in patients with knee, hip and osteoarthritis.

A random, double blind placebo controlled clinical trial has reported 82% of subjects experiencing reduction in pain and consumption of traditional painkillers.
The active compound isolated from Rosa Canina, GOPO, is also claimed to have no side effect often found with conventional anti-inflammatory drugs or painkillers.
