BIPEA offers proficiency test for food allergens
BIPEA is launching a new Proficiency Testing Schemes (PTS 77I) that permits testing laboratories to evaluate their analytical performances by analysing cake samples.
For this first round, laboratories will be able to analyse three samples of cake (600g each) according to their usual methods. This PT offers the following allergens: gluten, soybean, and peanut.
This test is scheduled on June 2023.
For more than 50 years, BIPEA has provided a wide range of proficiency tests and external reference materials for testing laboratories concerned by quality control and analytical accuracy in various fields (environment, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, surfaces).
