Health claims victory for AstaPure
Algatechnologies has revealed that, following an FDA review, it will be able to use 12 new structural health claims filed for its AstaPure brand of natural astaxanthin in the US market.
For more than ten years, astaxanthin’s role in enhancing the immune system and preventing oxidative stress has been the subject of international research both in universities and commercial enterprises. All health claims approved for the AstaPure brand are based on a number of clinical and pre-clinical trials proving the health benefits of natural astaxanthin to human health and wellness.
