Prism eLogistics has helped Quenched Drinks’ Fruit and Soda scale up production at speed, enabling the all-natural soft drink brand to fulfil a 40,000-can order on a tight deadline thanks to its high-capacity shrink sleeving solution.

The collaboration marks a pivotal moment for Quenched, which faced a supply disruption in its digitally printed cans and risked missing key customer commitments.

Instead of turning away urgent orders, Quenched leveraged Prism’s two fully automated steam shrink sleeve lines to repackage blank cans with vibrant, high-quality sleeves that matched the brand’s signature look. With throughput capabilities of up to 20,000 units per hour, Prism’s system allowed Quenched to rapidly increase output without compromising on visual impact or sustainability.

The entire process — from sleeving and collation to repacking and logistics — was managed by Prism, ensuring a seamless transition from supply challenge to production success.
