Robot firm in operational split

UK-based robotics and automation company CenFRA has announced that it is to ‘divisionalise’ the company into key dedicated areas in a bid to provide a more focused and specialist service to manufacturers in the food and drink industry.
The new divisions, CenFRA Assist, CenFRA Simulations, CenFRA Solutions, CenFRA Bespoke and CenFRA Technical, have been agreed by the company’s board of directors as part of a strategy proposed by new managing director Steve Blazye to ‘define the different areas of the business and to build on the company’s position as Europe’s leading centre of automation and robotic excellence’.
“Now that the additional funding has been agreed with Yorkshire Forward, CenFRA can press ahead with its new business strategy to achieve self-sufficiency,” says Blazye. “Already established as a beacon of excellence within the industry, the divisionalisation of CenFRA will enable it to apply even more focus on key business functions, strengthen its relationships with industry specialists and deliver a more focused and targeted approach for customers.”
