Spanish manufacturer Volpak upgrades pouching series
After reporting a successful 2017 with a 30% revenue growth, Spanish manufacturer Volpak is set to roll-out upgrades to its SI series of pouching systems.
The company released its SI-440 model at Interpack last year and says that it is now set to roll-out industry 4.0 improvements to its wider range of equipment.
According to Volpak, the business remains committed to investing in innovation and new technology to develop machines tailored to the clients’ requests and that anticipate the trends and needs of an increasingly faster moving consumer goods market.
In this context, the company confirms that it has begun the development of an innovative high-speed horizontal pouching machine, which it is expected to launch this summer.
Its new machine is said to be top of the line for performance, cost of production and efficiency, representing a solution for companies with substantial needs in terms of high volumes without having to compromise in pouch quality.
In addition, the company adds that its Enflex brand is also undergoing a restyling restyling process, to continue improving performance, and ergonomics.
