Fentimans launches ‘She is Fearless’ campaign for IWD 2020

For this year’s International Women’s Day, botanical drinks maker Fentimans is celebrating all the women who support, inspire and drive the drinks industry by launching its ‘She is Fearless’ campaign, which will run throughout the whole of March.
Fentimans is inviting individuals working in the drinks industry (both male and female) to nominate women whose individual actions, behaviours and mindsets have contributed to making a difference in the world of drinks and hospitality, from suppliers and bartenders to brand ambassadors, back of house staff and all areas of retail.
All nominees will receive a Fentimans ‘She is Fearless’ award at their place of work.
The name of the award draws inspiration from the company’s iconic logo, Thomas Fentiman’s faithful family dog, Fearless, who became the two-time winner of Crufts in 1933 and 1934. Thomas Fentiman was so proud of her achievements, she has guarded each Fentimans product ever since.
Through its campaign, Fentimans hopes to share the achievements of women from a wide range of diverse roles, both from within the company and throughout the industry as a whole, to help further forge gender equality in the industry. Fentimans believes that ultimately, equality is not a women’s issue, but a business issue, and without gender equality, economies, communities and brands will fail to thrive.
