Popcorn Shed launches seven new flavours
Popcorn Shed is launching seven wild and delicious flavours in August. This adds to its already large portfolio of over 20 British handcrafted gourmet popcorn flavours.
New flavours:
- Red Velvet – Red cocoa infused caramel popcorn with white chocolate and cream cheese frosting.
- White Chocolate – Caramel popcorn with white chocolate.
- Pink Gin – Pink Gin & tonic flavoured caramel popcorn with a zesty fruity twist. Vegan
- Chocolate Orange – Dark chocolate popcorn infused with orange. Vegan
- Maple Bacon – Maple bacon flavoured caramel popcorn.
- Gingerbread – Spiced gingerbread gourmet popcorn. Vegan
- Toasted Marshmallow – Marshmallow flavoured caramel popcorn with melted marshmallows. Vegan
Each shed is inspired by famous movies. For example, Red Velvet is inspired by Alice in Wonderland, whilst Chocolate Orange is inspired by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Popcorn Shed’s uses an artisanal production process with the highest quality ingredients. The company makes a fresh batch of caramel from scratch to ensure freshness and the best possible taste. After making the caramel and air popping the corn, the popcorn is tumbled in the fresh caramel or cheese to coat the kernels evenly. Next, the popcorn is scattered with melted chocolate, nuts or dried fruit for a deep and rich flavour and a lovely texture. Lastly, the popcorn is cooled quickly before bagging it airtight to ensure fresh and crunchy popcorn.
