Full automated canning line to boost production at James White Drinks

James White Drinks, the owner of market leading brand Big Tom spicy tomato juice, is opening a new fully automated canning line.

The new line is part of a significant investment in their Suffolk manufacturing facility to meet the growing demand especially for Big Tom from airlines.

The new canning line has state-of-the-art automated equipment specifically designed to pack high-quality drinks in both 15cl and 25cl cans. The line includes a Hermis tunnel pasteuriser an essential component for the canning of fruit juices and has the capacity to pack carbonated drinks.

This investment is a testament to our commitment to reliably meet the needs of our existing airline customers and enable us to build on the growing interest for Big Tom from other airlines,” said Lawrence Mallinson, managing director and founder of James White Drinks. “The line also gives us for the first time the ability to expand our product range with carbonated juice drinks – watch this space!”
