Coperion K-Tron has launched the K-Vision-III, a redesigned feeder line control and process visualisation platform engineered to deliver faster processing, streamlined connectivity, and enhanced feeder line management.  

Built on a state-of-the-art hardware platform and a modernised software architecture, the system enables centralised control and monitoring of up to 24 individual KCM feeder control modules on a single process line.

Plant operators gain visibility through a larger, high-resolution touchscreen interface that provides access to real-time data monitoring, trending tools, system configuration, and live process adjustments. 

Core operational upgrades

Smart recipe management: streamlines setup with material configurations, recipe proportioning, staged startup/shutdown sequences, and ingredient priority management. Automated calculations reduce manual operator workload while maintaining precise process control.  

Seamless plant integration: functions as a single communication gateway between plant DCS or PLC systems and multiple feeders. It supports major Ethernet-based industrial communication protocols, including Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, and Profinet.
