Air Products tests the impact of shelf life of reduced CO2 in Modified Atmosphere Packaging
Research conducted by industrial gas product experts at Air Products has shown that the amount of carbon dioxide used in Modified Atmosphere Packaging can be reduced to as low as 20% while still maintaining the ability to extend shelf life of food products.
