Potted meats and spreads manufacturer Binghams has launched two new products: Potted Pulled Pork and BBQ Pork Spread.
Potted Pulled Pork uses prime British pork shoulder, which is slowly cooked and then pulled into strips.
“2015 saw an incredible amount of media and chef focus on pulled meats. It made sense to apply this trend to our innovation, and that’s how our Potted Pulled Pork came about,” notes Peter Moon, MD.
For the BBQ Pork Spread, the slowly cooked pork is combined with Binghams’ sweet and smoky BBQ seasoning.
It is hoped that the two new products will appeal not only to existing customers who enjoy the traditional taste of the British potted beef, but also attract new younger, family consumers to the brand.
