Nothum HQ boosts capacity and customer support

Nothum Food Processing Systems has brought all its US operations under one roof with the expansion of its Springfield, Missouri headquarters, a move designed to boost production capacity and deliver a more streamlined service experience for food manufacturers.
The 92,000‑sq‑ft facility now houses around 100 employees across manufacturing, engineering, logistics, sales, customer support and other core functions, giving the equipment specialist a single, integrated base for its growing batter, breading, pre-dust and frying systems business.
For processors, the consolidation means faster access to equipment expertise and a more efficient route from testing to installation.
The site includes space for customers to trial machinery, observe production and carry out factory acceptance testing in one location before equipment ships to their plant.
Nothum says the set-up supports its continuous‑improvement strategy by tightening feedback loops and ensuring customers receive fully validated, ready‑to‑run systems.
The expanded headquarters has been designed with future growth in mind. Dual highway access points improve inbound and outbound logistics, while energy‑saving features support the company’s sustainability goals.
Nothum expects the modernised site to help attract new talent and deepen its long‑standing ties to the Springfield community, where the business has been based for more than 50 years.
