Chase Distillery and Pizza Pilgrims release Sohocello

Limoncello beverage, Sohocello, has been launched following a collaboration between the Chase Distillery and Pizza Pilgrims.
  
Hand-peeled and macerated in Chase Distillery’s 96% Hereford potato spirit for seven days, every drop of the single-origin Amalfi lemon oil has been extracted, giving Sohocello its cloudiness – the sign of a premium limoncello.
  
Limited to just 1,000 bottles, Sohocello will be available at a handful of selected retailers for £25 per 50cl bottle, ABV 29%.
