Sanimixer product line

Steridose, the manufacturer of magnetic coupled mixers, is launching the Sanimixer product line, offering the same benefits as its bio-pharmaceutical cousin Sterimixer and adapted to the unique requirements of the food and beverage industry.

Four Sanimixer sizes cover tank volumes from 80L up to 40,000L depending on viscosity and desired mixing performance (general mixing versus gentle mixing).

“We have over the years seen many of our customers compromise with conventional shaft mixers, that we have no doubt that the Sanimixer range will greatly enhance the possibility of protecting their product from contamination and leakage,” says Milena McFeeters, vice president, Steridose. “Magnetic coupled mixers eliminate the need for a sealed shaft that, in the event of failure, can breach the integrity of the process.

“The mixer is installed safely in the bottom of the tank. This eliminates the overhead space needed for top mounted mixers and enhances the capacity to mix at absolute minimal liquid levels and while emptying the tank, mixing to the last drop.”
