The Spirit of Manchester Distillery creates its first spiced rum
Producers of internationally award-winning Manchester Gin and Manchester Spirit Vodka, The Spirit of Manchester Distillery, has released its very first rum.
One-Eyed Rebel is a premium spiced rum with an accessible price. Carefully created with fiery ginger spice and rich cassia, this bold, spiced rum is rebelling against the average supermarket spirits with a quality flavour and stand-out design. An instantly recognisable botanical rum, irreverent, bright and unique that’ll set any palate alight and add intrigue to the best at-home back bar.
Already proving its worth, the rum picked up its own piece of eight with a gold award at the Spirits Masters, Rum Masters 2021 (spiced-rum category).
The bottle features eclectic colours and features, unique patterns inspired by bone inlaid furniture and a unique brass belly band (inspired by old rum barrels) that cuts across the mysterious piratical pirate protagonist – the brains behind the black-bearded brawn and rascal of the story.

With Manchester Gin, we’ve gone on a real journey, experimenting with how to get the most out of flavours. Available direct from The Spirit of Manchester Distillery and retail nationwide, One-Eyed Rebel, 70cl has an SRP of £28 and is 40% ABV.
