Glisten shareholders agree to sale
Shareholders of UK snack company Glisten, famous for producing goods under the Weight Watchers brand, have agreed to the sale of the business to Finnish food group Raisio.
The investors backed the £21 million (£22.8m) deal, announced by the two companies last month, at a special meeting last week.
The completion of the acquisition is subject to further legal conditions but is expected to have happened by 8 April 2010.
