Syntegon’s life cycle approach will be shown via two machines showcased at the heart of its Fachpack exhibit. Both the SVX Agile vertical bagger and the Kliklok ACC carton closer offer concrete answers to today’s industry requirements – from fast commissioning and stable production processes to the flexibility needed to adapt to changing market demands.
At the heart of Syntegon’s booth is a vertical packaging machine developed to meet the challenges of manufacturers of various industries. Featuring a patented cross-seal drive, the SVX Agile combines the industry’s highest output – up to 300 bags per minute – in a compact footprint.
Prepared to process all common bag styles on a single machine, the SVX Agile supports a wide range of formats, making it a future-proof investment for flexible production environments. Without compromising on performance, the vertical form fill seal machine also processes sustainable paper-based materials and mono films.
Thanks to its modular design, it can be upgraded to meet future requirements. Built to package products from a wide range of industries, the SVX Agile offers particular advantages such as easy washdown cleaning for the frozen food sector. In addition to the SVX series, Syntegon will showcase the Kliklok ACC at Fachpack – marking its first appearance at a European trade show. This servo-driven carton closer was developed for maximum precision and flexibility, processing a wide range of carton sizes and product types.
With tool-free format changes, an integrated control system and energy-efficient drive technology, the Kliklok ACC is an ideal choice for companies aiming to modernise their secondary packaging processes sustainably. The machine can be integrated with other Syntegon components, such as the ACE carton erector, to form fully automated line solutions.
