This solution enhances the company’s X8 Metal Detectors with intelligent automation and verification tools, enabling processors to meet and surpass the world’s most rigorous retail and regulatory standards.

Developed in response to escalating food safety and quality demands — particularly within UK and European retail supply chains — the QRC Kit integrates state-of-the-art software and precision-engineered hardware to deliver exceptional inspection accuracy, traceability, and reliability. Automated monitoring and control functions provide users with complete confidence in system performance while ensuring the transparency required by global compliance programmes.

The QRC software features guided challenge testing, dependable fail-safe verification, and comprehensive event logging, automatically recording every reject and test action to simplify audit preparation and reporting. Optional hardware components, including reject-bin auto locks, tunnel guards, air pressure regulators, and photo-eye sensors, provide real-time oversight of critical inspection points. If any condition falls outside specification, the system immediately halts operation and alerts personnel to ensure rapid correction and continuous product quality.
