The market upgrade comes at a crucial moment for global beverage brands. Current industry estimates suggest that between 25% and 40% of spirits consumed globally are counterfeit or illicit. • Dual glass-ball anti-refill protection: Alusnap maintains Guala Closures’ signature dual glass-ball valve system, providing long-term protection against unauthorised bottle refilling.
• Integrated anti-pull-out system: an engineered hook design locks the pourer to the bottle neck, successfully resisting forced extraction attempts aimed at reusing original bottles.
• Technical complexity & premium finishes: the outer aluminium shell features expanded customisation options, including sophisticated embossing, debossing, and tactile surface textures. Beyond increasing shelf presence, these technical finishes elevate the manufacturing complexity required to replicate the closure.
• Controlled pouring performance: the redesigned pourer ensures smooth, predictable liquid flow, improving consumer experience while reducing drips and product waste.
