Reiser engineer triumphs at PPMA Show 2015

Cesare Bove, service engineer at Reiser, has been recognised for his contributions to the packaging and processing industry, receiving the Ones to Watch Award at this year’s PPMA Show.

Bove was awarded the title by a panel of judges having demonstrated his talent, and dedication to the industry. He was also praised for the progress he’d made during his time working with Reiser, having started as an apprentice before moving into the field as a service and installation engineer.

Discussing his victory, Bove explains, “I feel incredibly privileged to have won gold in this year’s awards, it feels great to have my hard work recognised. I’m looking forward to using the prize to help me develop my skill set as an engineer. I hope these awards encourage the younger generation to work in the processing and packaging industry. Yes, it can be really hard work and high pressure at times but it is also interesting and full of exciting innovation. A big thanks to everyone.”

Sponsored by Festo Training and Consulting, the awards recognise the contributions of processing and packaging professionals under the age of 35 who have worked in the industry for at least two years.

Ashley Mackness and Kim Jordan were announced as bronze and silver winners.
