Kuro launches two new East-Asian inspired gins

Kuro, a Japanese inspired gin producer, has this month launched two new East Asian-inspired flavoured gins, soft peach and cherry blossom.

The UK produced gin, inspired by the slopes of Hakuba Valley, Japan has introduced the two new fruity and fragrant flavours under its Kuro Expressions banner.

The two limited edition gins will be available in 500ml bottles from November 2018, with confirmed nationwide retail listings in Harvey Nichols.

Craig Fell, managing director at Kuro said: “Following a fantastic 16 months since our signature Kuro Gin launched, we have been keen to experiment further and extend the story of the gin that was inspired by a skiing trip to the Hakuba Valley. We have specially selected the flavours in keeping with Kuro’s Japanese roots, and without compromising the award-winning signature spirit and trademark taste.

“The two new expressions are playful and fruity, with sweet notes that allow consumers to make delicious and different flavoured gin cocktails themselves, without being a mixologist.”

KURO recently won a Gold ‘Outstanding’ award at the International Wine and Spirits Awards (IWSC), where the judges deemed the bottle design and brand to be one of the three best gins in the world.
