Mexicana vegan cheese launches

Norseland has announced a brand new Mexicana Vegan cheese, launching this July.

Available exclusively at 300 Asda stores nationwide, it contains the same fiery spice mix and real bell and jalapeño peppers as its famous dairy cousin, Mexicana.

Lisa Harrison, senior brand manager for Mexicana said: “Our taste panel of spicy cheese enthusiasts are already hooked on it, because it’s super-stringy when it melts and has all of the `flavour of Mexicana, including a nice spicy kick to it.”

This latest dairy-free creation was made in an allergen-free factory, it has been fortified with vitamin B12 and calcium and is Vegan Society approved, so it’s perfect for vegan, dairy-free diets and all lovers of spicy food.

This quick melting vegan cheese, which is free from lactose, milk, eggs, soya, nuts and gluten,can be used in toasties, pizza and paninis.

Mexicana Vegan will be available exclusively from 20 July 2020.
