Carrs Foods rebrands to St Pierre Groupe

Following its rebrand to St Pierre Groupe in March, Carrs foods has secured a £6.7m investment to continue its international development.
The bakery group has also appointed David Milner, former CEO of Tyrells, as non-executive chairman. While at Tyrells, Milner led the global expansion of the brand, growing its value from £30m to £300m.
The company, which holds brands such as Baker Street, St Pierre and Paul Hollywood in its portfolio, increased turnover from £49m in 2017 to £69m in 2018, with the aim of reaching £150m in 2022.
Much of its success is due to the popularity in the USA of its St Pierre range of European-style products and its international success has seen its exports account for 51% of sales in 2018.
