Advanced Dynamics makes further investment in its future

Advanced Dynamics has made a further investment of around £250,000 this year in its Bradford-based facility to help meet the filling and labelling machine specialist’s bulging order book.

The company has made the decision to improve facilities, boost the workforce and implement a rebranding exercise, against a backdrop of a predicted growth in turnover of 25%, doubling its target figure for 2019.

Creating more jobs, researching and exploring new sectors, enhancements to the computer system to improve productivity and customer communications, a new website and ongoing marketing campaign are the stand-out features of the latest investment, which follows £500,000+ spent last year expanding the premises and engineering capability, additional staff and a new ERP system.

Sales director, Tom Smith, said the company’s ambitious investment plans are bearing fruit, attributing the ongoing success to hard work, a focus on achieving their targets and all the team buying into the strategy of a personal approach to business.

“We never forget customers have a choice and we believe that we offer the most in-depth and insightful service and support,” said Tom. “This ethos is at the heart of everything the business does – we are all pulling together to foster a customer-centric, service-focused supplier of robust automation solutions for manufacturers across multiple industry sectors.

“Food and drink started as our core markets, but we have since been ahead of the field in venturing into new sectors, including micro-breweries, vaping, hemp and CBD.

“Investing in going on the road provides platforms where customers can see for themselves that not only are they investing in automation from us but also something completely different: a genuine partnership that enables them to maximise their productivity and potential to grow and develop as they need to, supported by a team that they can trust.”
