Packaging pair set to ‘shake up’ food market

Tim Croxson, director, Croxsons with the Emoris closures rangeGlass packaging firm Croxsons says it’s planning to ‘shake up’ the food packaging market following British Retail Consortium (BRC) accreditation for Elmoris, its partner for closures.

Lithuania-based Elmoris – which specialises in metal twist-off closures – and Croxsons recently exhibited together at IFE, where they showed off a range of glassware and closures for food manufacturers.

“Elmoris’s BRC accreditation is a game-changer both for them and for us, and strengthens our partnership going forward,” says Croxsons’ chief operating officer Tim Croxson. “It gives us a foot in the door with larger food producers who have to show BRC accreditation throughout their supply chain in order to win business from national retailers.”
