Wild and Game celebrates British Pie Week with new product offerings

Wild and Game, the Bristol-based company on a mission to get more people in the UK enjoying wild game, is celebrating British Pie Week (1-7 March) by launching its new huntsman’s 1lb pie. A cold chicken, pheasant and pork pie with a wild boar herby stuffing and a traditional hot water crust pastry casing, the company says it’s a delicious take on the more familiar pork pie.

The company has also released its Premium Pie Collection (below), a selection of pies from the company’s award-winning pie selection. The pack includes a steak, pheasant and ale pie, a chicken, pheasant and mushroom pie, a venison, red wine and cranberry pie and a pheasant, leek and Portobello mushroom pie.

Founded by Steven Frampton and Michael Cannon in 2017, Wild and Game is a rapidly growing company whose products can be bought direct from its website and from selected shops across the UK. At a time when growing numbers of people are concerned about intensive farming, Wild and Game is working to share its founders’ love of wild game, which is natural, hormone free, high in protein, low in fat and cholesterol and has low carbon miles, as all of Wild and Game’s meat comes from the fields of the UK.

The company sells pies, pasties, sausage rolls, ready meals and more – along with a growing range of ready to cook meat.
