Nactis Flavours, part of Nactarome Group, and Trablit-ISDA are forming a partnership to strengthen their involvement within the sweet market with the creation of a new coffee extract division.
The two companies, who focus on the same segments in the sweet market said their closer collaboration will enable an “ever-better service” to customers of both companies.
This increased collaboration will help strengthen Nactarome’s position in the natural coffee extracts segment, while Trablit will benefit from a wider portfolio of products to offer its existing customers and achieve a more global reach. The focus will continue to be taste solutions in key sweet and beverage end-markets.
The new coffee extract division will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Nactis Flavours.
Management from both Nactarome and Trablit said they welcome the strategic partnership, as it allows to further develop new markets and increase the breadth of services to current and prospective customers of both companies.
Nactis Flavours general manager, Antoine Gambart said he is “excited” to welcome Trablit into the Nactis family and is very confident that the acquisition will play a part in accelerating Nactis’s ambitions through the vertical integration into key coffee extracts for its flavour creations.
“Our two companies share the same vision: combine French artisan know-how and industrial excellence to offer our customers products of the highest quality. Therefore, this transaction represents a major milestone for Nactis and opens the door to a new chapter of growth,” Gambart said.
The GM of Trablit-ISDA said he is equally enthusiastic and proud to become part of the Nactis family.
“We are convinced that our two companies share the same vision for the future of the flavour industry. Nactis Flavours and Trablit will use their respective French artisan know-how and industrial excellences to become a leading group in Europe. Our close collaboration will further strengthen our expertise in flavours and our company value chain. We will continue to provide artisans worldwide with the highest quality coffee extracts as this is our legacy and inspiration since 1845,” said Trablit-ISDA general manager and shareholder, Ali Tayakout.
