As part of the MACA Engineering family within the AROL group, LAMFI continues to strengthen this legacy, offering solutions that are robust, precise, and dependable, designed to meet the constantly evolving needs of the global packaging industry.

Featured innovations on the booth
Visitors to the AROL booth will get a first-hand look at two standout pieces of machinery:

MACA Rotary Slitting – Folding Machine ITVE-MRR
MACA will debut the new ITVE-MRR rotary machine, engineered for efficiently cutting the tamper-evident band and folding the inner flap of plastic closures. This machine is ideal for caps used in mineral water, soft drinks, dairy products, and more.

Key features of the ITVE-MRR include:

  • An external heated blade with micro-adjustment and fast replacement for maintenance ease.
  • The ability to process closures of different diameters without requiring gear replacement, offering superior flexibility.
  • A compact design to minimise factory footprint.

The ITVE-MRR delivers impressive output, ranging from 25,000 to 120,000 closures per hour, depending on its configuration. It also complies with European CE safety standards and can be equipped with optional modules such as integrated quality control, ionisation, and multi-box diverters.

LAMFI Lining Machine Model B1A 2UP
LAMFI is showcasing the servo-driven B1-A 2UP, representing the next generation in lining technology. This machine achieves speeds of up to 24,000 caps per hour using double punching stations, combining high-speed operation with unparalleled precision.

Highlights of the B1-A 2UP include:

  • A SEVIO remote connection module for real-time troubleshooting and remote assistance.
  • An Ethercat-based architecture that allows for full monitoring of speed, torque, and position.
  • A simplified mechanical design with no gearbox or indexer, significantly reducing maintenance requirements.
  • Quick-exchange packages that enable effortless size changes and minimal downtime.
