Unlock green flavours with Synergy Flavours’ Greens RTM powder

Synergy Flavours, a leader in flavouring and taste modulation, has introduced a variety of flavour-paired solutions to enhance the flavour profile of greens ready-to-mix (RTM) powders.
The new flavour concepts, which are a part of Synergy’s Paired to Perfection portfolio, make use of the company’s experience in taste modulation to identify and successfully cover off-notes while boosting desired flavour compounds to keep up with market trends.
Synergy created new flavour-paired concepts that molecularly compliment greens powder by identifying essential fragrance constituents in an unflavoured powder using sensory and analytical data.
In this market, consumer data shows that products labelled as ‘unflavoured’ and ‘original’ are the most popular with consumers; however, more than 20 percent of ‘unflavoured’ greens declare a flavouring on back-of-pack, indicating either the presence of a specialist taste modulation ingredient, or a generic or unspecified “original” flavour.
The new range of flavours from Synergy includes lime & mint, peach tea, ginger tea, watermelon and tropical, plus an ‘original’ option, which utilises the flavour pairing data to create a flavour that enhances the product’s inherent fruity notes without being too distinctive.
