Videojet Technologies has introduced four new printers with new Long Life Core technology. Building on the 1000 Line continuous ink jet (CIJ) printers, these new additions to the Videojet CIJ portfolio offer an extended life service core, which is guaranteed to provide five years of operation from the time of installation.

The new Videojet 1530 and 1630 CIJ printers are suitable for a broad range of marking applications and cover a breadth of line speeds found in today’s packaging environments. The new Videojet 1560 and 1660 offer these same advantages and also include on-board Code Assurance and Productivity Tools as standard. The advanced Code Assurance software mistake-proofs operator inputs and dramatically reduces coding errors, ensuring manufacturers get the right code on the right product time after time. In addition, the intuitive touch screen interface provides instant access to on-screen availability data and fault information to fix the root cause of downtime quickly and permanently.

The new printers also offer the full range of features and benefits that the packaging industry has come to expect from the Videojet 1000 Line, including CleanFlow print head technology and intelligent Dynamic Calibration software designed to maintain consistent, high print quality.
