Integrated labeller

Multivac can now equip the MBS 020 converging system with the IL 111 inline labeller, which means that the top of packs can be labelled during converging, and the labels can even be printed at this stage if required. In this case, a thermal transfer printer can be integrated into the label dispenser.

The converging system subsequently feeds the finished packs to downstream modules, such as quality inspection systems.

The MBS 020 is designed for up to six pack tracks and it can converge at up to 60 packs per minute. The packs should be between 1.5 and 13cm high and at least 5cm wide.
