Winter spice

The Collective is spicing things up in the dairy category with the launch of a new Gingerbread Limited Edition yogurt.

Gingerbread is a traditional treat in the colder months and is a consumer favourite during the Christmas period, where it is used for making edible seasonal decorations. This product will allow the business to tap into significant consumer demand around the festive period.

It pairs The Collective’s thick live yogurt with a double layer of golden brown spiced compote that balances the sweetness of soft brown sugar with fragrant notes of stem ginger, ground spice and cinnamon.

Amelia Harvey, co-founder of The Collective, says, “At The Collective we try and spice things up with our limited editions and this flavour and texture evokes happy memories for many of us, with its distinctive taste and fragrant aroma.
