PPC Flexible Packaging acquires HFM Packaging

PPC Flexible Packaging, a provider of custom flexible packaging for specialty food, healthcare, and horticultural markets, today announced the acquisition of HFM Packaging Ltd.

PPC, headquartered in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, is a leader in flexographic printing and converting of flexible films, bags, and pouches.

HFM Packaging, headquartered in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, has more than 40 years of experience producing packaging solutions for food applications, as well as cosmetics, personal care, pharma and industrial applications. They are known for their high-speed die-cut labeling capabilities, state-of-the-art re-sealable pouching technology, and engineering assistance using turnkey packaging solutions.

Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
