Award-winning dessert manufacturer Pots & Co has announced the launch of its most indulgent product to date: the Chocolate Lava Cake.

Set to hit Waitrose stores nationwide on 8 April 2026, the launch signals the brand’s continued strategy to capture the mindful indulgence market through high-quality, chef-led chilled desserts.

The new addition is designed to bridge the gap between supermarket convenience and restaurant-quality dining. Each individual dessert is presented in the brand’s signature table-ready glass pot, featuring a rich, moist chocolate sponge engineered to produce a molten, oozing centre when heated.

In an era where consumers are increasingly scrutinising ingredient lists, Pots & Co remains steadfast in its clean label approach. The Chocolate Lava Cake is produced in small batches without the use of artificial preservatives, relying instead on traditional baking techniques and premium ingredient sourcing to maintain shelf life and flavour.
