Iceland in SecureSeal data deal

SecureSeal Systems has won a deal to supply a leading UK frozen food company’s entire fleet with its environmentally friendly door seals for safeguarding goods in transit.

Iceland Frozen Foods has bought the permanent security seals to replace the current disposable seals on around 430 trailers. A total order of 455 seals will eventually be fitted and also specified on all new-build trailers and rigid vehicles.

“Iceland takes its policy on environmental responsibility and sustainability very seriously,” says Iceland’s planning and contracts manager Dave Rowlands. “SecureSeal offers a reliable cost effective reusable seal that will maintain the security of our goods in transit, while eliminating the use of thousands of disposable seals.”
