Frutarom spices up production capacity

bowls of spicesFrutarom Savoury Solutions is making changes to its spice production in Germany in order, it says, to ‘guarantee long-term capacity and quality’.

With expansion of its existing production site at Loxstedt-Nessenot not possible due to its location close to domestic housing, the company is expanding production at a nearby site and making further investments in its sales and research and development centree 

“As a company, our main priority is to make sure that we have sufficient capacity to manufacture our products and guarantee their quality in the long term,” says Nick Russell, commercial vice president. “This will ensure that we are able to continue to deliver products of the high and standardised quality our customers are used to.”

The company plans to ‘optimise’ its production site in Bramstadt, and invest in both its facility in Sittensen and its R&D center in Holdorf. The majority of the Loxstedt-Nesse employees will be re-employed at the Sittensen and other sites.
