Q Catering MD reveals ambitious plans for future growthSteve Clarke, the managing director at Q Catering has begun a communications overhaul to ambitiously achieve an annual turnover of £20 million by 2030 and be on the front foot in response to market challenges.

The Sittingbourne-based company is a trusted and reliable foodservice wholesaler, which is invested in its customers and offers a large range of high-quality products and ingredients.

The growing wholesale distributor offers an ever-increasing range of quality grocery, chilled, and frozen food products, from local and national suppliers.

Steve Clarke joined Q Catering in September 2021 as managing director, after buying a “substantial shareholding” in the Fairway Foodservice member’s business.

The independently run company and team there are benefiting from Clarke’s extensive industry knowledge, having spent more than 25 years at Kent Frozen Foods as purchasing & marketing director. He also holds a directorship at Produced in Kent.

Steve Clarke said “exciting times” lie ahead for Q Catering with new systems  to put in place, which will help grow and take the business to the next level.
