Loma Systems updates course content to enhance Training Academy experience

Loma Systems will be launching its brand new training academy in January 2023 after reviewing and updating all its course content to deliver a “much-enhanced training experience”.

The global leader in inspection technologies for food quality and safety is offering a range of courses to for ongoing learning for new and existing customers.

Loma’s newly written training courses are designed to provide interactive, hands-on learning, to help grow, develop, and hone inspection expertise.

The courses, which are industry and regulatory-led, will be delivered by Loma trainers, all of whom are highly experienced service engineers who understand the pressures of keeping the production line running, as well as maintaining uptime, and will bring this knowledge and experience to the training programme.

Content-wise, Loma’s training courses are designed to address the needs of different departments within the production process and, as such, are structured in four key areas – Use, Comply, Maintain and Optimise.

Depending on individual requirements as an operator, supervisor, quality assurance or engineer, a course will be available that is tailored to that role.

The courses cover an array of products and technologies and offer both hands-on and classroom-based training depending on the requirement.

In attending a course, delegates can either visit Loma’s fully equipped training suite at Loma’s headquarters in Farnborough-Hampshire, which is just one hour from London, or trainers can visit a customer’s premises; Loma will offer complete flexibility on time and location to suit business requirements.

“We are really excited to be launching the all-new training academy,” commented Loma’s aftermarket service manager, Carl Wilkinson. “We are in a great position to deliver high-quality training throughout the UK, providing customers with backup material and a much better training experience.”
