CSM launches reduced carb bread mix
CSM is extending its range of bread mixes with the launch of its Arkady Reduced Carb White Bread Mix.
The mix is a white 100% bread mix with 45% less carbohydrate than standard white bread. It also contains over 50% more protein. Liz Kerr, CSM Product Manager says, “The launch of the Arkady Reduced Carb White Bread Mix is in direct response to the demand from the UK consumers. White bread is the most popular bread in the country, but our customers have been asking how can we reduce the carb content in it. The new product will help bakers extend their repertoire.”
There will also be POS kits available use in store which will include bread bands, posters, consumer information leaflets, printed counter top and shelf wobblers.
