Supply chain and commercial appointments at Tate & Lyle

Melissa Law is appointed as chief commercial and transformation officer and Kim Faulkner to join Tate & Lyle as chief supply chain officer.

Tate & Lyle has announced the appointment of Kim Faulkner as chief supply chain officer and Melissa Law as chief commercial and transformation officer. Both appointments will be effective from 25 August 2025.

Kim Faulkner joins Tate & Lyle from Colgate-Palmolive, the US multinational consumer products company, where she worked for over 25 years in a number of senior roles across its global supply chain. Kim will join Tate & Lyle’s executive committee. Most recently, she served as Colgate’s chief ethics & compliance officer.

Melissa Law, who currently serves as chief supply chain officer and has worked for Tate & Lyle and been a member of the executive committee since 2017, is taking on the role of chief commercial and transformation officer. Melissa has led Tate & Lyle’s highly successful productivity programme for the last seven years and, prior to joining Tate & Lyle, worked for Baker Hughes in various operational and commercial roles.
